GLOW
Research Peptide Blend
Three peptides in one vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. Each is sold on its own here, and each has its own research behind it.
The short version
What GLOW actually is
50mg, 10mg and 10mg respectively, 70mg of peptide in the vial. They are grouped because their research converges on the same territory: tissue repair, renewal and regeneration. Three separate bodies of work pointing at one question.
Sold for research purposes only.
The mechanism
How GLOW Works
Three peptides, three separate research stories, one vial.
There is no single mechanism here, because there is no single molecule. GHK-Cu brings copper binding and signaling. BPC-157 brings growth factor and vascular modulation. TB-500 brings actin handling. Three different stories, each with its own page and its own evidence behind it. Whether those mechanisms talk to each other once combined is the open question, and the research has not answered it yet.
Where the science stands
Key Research Areas
- 01
GHK-Cu, the copper one
A tripeptide that binds copper, studied in skin renewal and collagen, and in how the support network cells sit inside gets built and organized.
- 02
BPC-157, the tendon one
Fifteen amino acids taken from a protective stomach protein, studied across tendon, ligament, blood vessel and gut repair. It has a Phase 2 hamstring trial recruiting right now.
- 03
TB-500, the scaffolding one
Synthetic Thymosin Beta-4, studied for how cells hold and rebuild their internal skeleton, and now for heart repair in a trial beginning this year.
- 04
Why they are grouped
Three separate research stories that keep landing in the same place: repair, renewal, regeneration. That overlap is the reason for the grouping.
The evidence
What the Research Actually Did
The BPC-157 side has a trial recruiting right now: 120 people with MRI confirmed hamstring strains, half on peptide, half on placebo. Results are not in yet.
Hudson Biotech. Phase 2 trial in acute grade II hamstring strain, recruiting since February 2026. NCT07437547.The TB-500 side has one too, starting May 2026, testing it in 189 people after a heart attack. Different tissue, same underlying question about repair.
Beijing Northland Biotech. Phase II study in acute myocardial infarction, beginning May 2026. NCT07586865.And for the wider view, the American Journal of Sports Medicine took stock in August 2026 of where peptide research actually sits, and what it does and does not yet support.
Peptide Supplements and Their Therapeutic Applications in Sports Medicine. Am J Sports Med, August 2026.
We pulled this together from published work and linked every source, so you never have to take our word for it. Nothing here is a claim about what these compounds do. We would rather you read the sources than trust the summary.

Common questions
Questions People Ask
What is in GLOW?
Three peptides in a single vial: GHK-Cu at 50mg, BPC-157 at 10mg and TB-500 at 10mg, for 70mg of peptide in total. Sold for research purposes only.
Can I buy the three separately?
Yes. GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 are each sold on their own here, and each has its own page with its own research and specifications.
Why are these three combined?
Their separate bodies of research converge on the same territory: tissue repair, renewal and regeneration. That overlap is the reason for the grouping.
Is there research on the blend itself?
The research is on the three constituents individually, and it is substantial. Studies of these three administered together in these proportions are not something we can point you to, so the evidence on this page is theirs rather than the blend’s.
How should it be stored?
Sealed, at 6°C or below, away from heat, light and moisture. It ships as a lyophilized powder and forms a blue solution when dissolved, from the copper content.
