Two peptides studied in the same territory, tested separately and as a pair. The pair did not come out ahead.
Most material about these two treats them as a set, so the 2026 study is worth knowing about. It is preclinical, and it ran four arms: a control, each compound on its own, and the two combined. On the measures it recorded, tendon strength and the organisation of the healing tissue, TB-500 showed the clearest separation from control, BPC-157 moved the same way without reaching significance on its totals, and the combination did not add anything over either compound by itself. That is one preclinical study on one kind of repair, and it is the only direct comparison published so far, which is exactly why it is worth reading rather than taking on trust.
