TB-500

The one with the cleaner mechanism. Actin handling is a specific, measurable thing, which is part of why it separated from control most clearly in the head to head. Its human work sits in cardiac research rather than sports injury.

Both compounds moved into human study in 2026, which is the shift worth watching. A placebo controlled trial of BPC-157 in hamstring strain has been recruiting since February, and a Phase II study of TB-500 in acute myocardial infarction began in May. Neither has reported.
