Before You Order

Questions about a compound, its specifications, or its research context are welcome before you buy rather than after. All peptide sales are final once shipped, so if anything is unclear, ask first. Each compound has a research page with its specifications, published studies, and the limits of what that work shows.

Order Problems and Disputes

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Please reach out before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer, because once a dispute is raised your bank sets its own process and timeline. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
