This Shipping Policy describes how North & North LLC processes and ships orders placed through this website. It applies to all products, including peptide compounds and SKINDEEP Micro-Infusion Systems. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described here.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt, subject to product availability and order verification. Processing time does not include carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next available business day.

North & North reserves the right to delay or hold processing of any order for verification, compliance, payment review, product availability, fraud prevention, or fulfillment concerns. We will notify you if a delay is anticipated.

Shipping Options

Available shipping methods and estimated transit times are presented at checkout. Estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier volume, and conditions outside our control.

At this time, North & North ships to addresses within the United States only. Customers are responsible for ensuring that receipt of ordered products is lawful under all applicable federal and state laws.

Delivery Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order. North & North is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. Additional charges may apply for shipments returned or re-routed due to address errors.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Peptide compounds are research-use compounds that may be sensitive to temperature fluctuations. While we take reasonable precautions in our packaging to support product integrity during transit, North & North does not guarantee temperature control during carrier handling and cannot accept responsibility for product degradation caused by carrier transit conditions, delays, or environmental exposure beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for proper storage of all products upon receipt. Refer to the storage conditions specified on the product label.

Shipping Delays and Carrier Responsibility

Once a shipment is tendered to a carrier, North & North does not control transit times or delivery performance. We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery windows, or disruptions caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier capacity issues, or other conditions beyond our control.

If your shipment appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation. If the issue is not resolved through the carrier, contact us and we will assist in investigating.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement, account credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution. North & North is not responsible for orders reported as lost where the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Compliance with Local Laws

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the receipt, possession, and handling of ordered products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in their jurisdiction. North & North makes no representation that any product is legal to receive or possess in any particular location. We are not responsible for shipments refused, seized, or delayed by law enforcement authorities.
